Office related applications
Spreadsheets: I use Libreoffice products where I can, and if I need to share or something of that nature, just whatever the norm is, typically google sheets.
Documents: I actually tend to use markdown files (files that end with a .md or on the internet, it’s things that use ### and * to style the text. You can do this in Google docs, although it’s a weird version of it, go to a newline and do * and then press space.) when it comes to writing, rather than any kind of docs
Slide Decks: Same situation, I typically use Libre products unless I need to focus on shareability or something
